Declined cards retried
Choose how many times to retry and how far apart. Customers can see when the next try will be.
Subscriptions for Shopify
Customers can change what they get and when it arrives, so they don't cancel just to make a change. If they do go to cancel, you get one more chance to keep them. And when a card is declined, we try again so the order isn't lost.
Customer portal
Most people who cancel don't dislike the product. They have too much of it, want a different flavor, or are going away for a month. Let them sort that out themselves in their account on your store. You decide what they're allowed to change.
Customers can switch to a different size, flavor or color of what they already get. You can also let them swap to a different product from a list you choose, with price limits so nobody trades a $20 bag for a $60 one.
Customers can add a product to every delivery, or just to the next one. It's an easy way to raise order value without running a promotion. You choose which products they can add.
Customers can move their next order to any day from tomorrow up to a year out, change how often it comes, or pause for a while. Frequency changes close a set number of days before each order, so nothing shifts once you've started packing.
Moving house, or sending it to the office? Customers can change the address themselves. If that, or a bigger order, changes the shipping rate, the rate is updated so you're not left covering the difference.
Cancellations
When someone clicks cancel, we ask them why first. Then we show an offer that fits their reason. You choose what to offer.
Billing
Orders go out on schedule and each one is charged once. When a card is declined, we handle the follow-up.
Choose how many times to retry and how far apart. Customers can see when the next try will be.
A customer with a declined card sees a notice in their account and a button to update it. Billing picks back up on its own.
If a renewal is interrupted partway, we check what already happened before trying again. A customer is never charged twice for one order.
Every order, change, cancellation and save is logged on the customer's record, so support questions take seconds to answer.
For you and your team
Some customers would rather just email you. Add or remove products, change quantities, or set a custom price from your dashboard, and their own controls keep working afterwards.
Discount codes count on renewals as well as the first order, and switch off on their own once they're used up. Make a batch of unique codes for an influencer or an email campaign and export them in one go. The subscribe-and-save option goes on your product pages from the theme editor.
Reports
Know how many active subscribers you have, how many you're losing, and why. See what a subscriber is worth over time, and how many cancellations your offers save.
Example figures. Also included: average order value, upgrades and downgrades, cancellation reasons, and saves by offer.
Each week, a short write-up of what changed in your subscriptions, including the most common reasons people gave for cancelling, so you know what to fix first.

The cost at 1,000 subscribers is each app's cheapest plan that covers that volume, plus its fee on $40,000 of monthly orders. Customers can always change item quantities and move their next order date. Cancelling from their account is on from the start, and you choose what happens when they do.
We retry on the schedule you choose, and the customer sees a notice in their account with a button to update their card. If every retry fails, billing stops and nothing more is charged until they update it.
